DharMag May 2017 Pocholito: a new aperitif cocktail with tequila, tomato, bitter and cucumber

Pocholito cocktail, aperitif with tomato cucumber and tequila, cocktails El Pocholito is a new cocktail that we have created to celebrate the Cinco de Mayo. The cocktail is obviously based on tequila, a kind of Bloody Mary but much more aromatic and crispy.

We did not focus much on spiciness itself, for that there is already the Bloody Maria cocktail, but rather on the aromatic suggestions created by the marriage among cucumber, fennel and orange juice.

If you want a less lysergic drink, you can use vodka too, though doing so the cocktail becomes less vivid.
